All dresses listed on this site are produced in small batches by independent designers. Availability is subject to change at any time. When a run sells out, the item is removed from the shop and will not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product descriptions, including maker name, city of production, and fabric source, are provided by the designers and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

Gift card codes may be applied at checkout. Gift cards are subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes.

4. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because our dresses are made in small batches by independent makers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sewgoodstudio.com. We do not accept returns for change of mind on sold-out runs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sew Good Studio. You may not reproduce or use any content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sew Good Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
